It is hereby certified that William Little formerly a Private of Captain Holly's "B" Company, in the 12" Regiment of Ohio Cav. in the war of 1861 who is now paid at Cleveland Ohio agency at the rate of eight dollars per month, on account, as he states, of GSW of right arm while in the line of duty in the military service of the United States, on or about the 12th day of May, 1865 at a place called Camp Chase in the State or Territory of Ohio is still suffering in consequence of said GSW in right arm.

The disability originates entirely from the injury or disease on account o which he was originally pensioned, as follows:

Height: 5 ft 9 1/2 in; wight 145 lbs, complexion Fair, age 27 yrs; respiration 20; pulse 82.

Ball entered in outer side of Elbow Joint an passed directly through the joint. There are large cicatrices on both inner & outer sides of Arm. There is complete Anchylasis atrophy of arm & hand. Is apparently a man of very good habits. His degree of disability is equivalent to the lack of an arm & permanent in that degree.

We find his disability, as described above to be equal to and entitling him to: total 3rd grade
