We hereby certify, that we have carefully examined William Little, who was a Priv co B 12th Reg Ohio Cav in the war {blank}, and was granted an Invalid Pension under Certificate No. 90.911, to be paid new at the Agency in Cleveland, O, by reason of alleged disability resulting from GSW right elbow which he states to have been received in the line of duty while he was in the military service of the United States.
In our opinion the said Pensioner's disability from the cause aforesaid, continues at Total 3rd grade $18.00
A more particular description of the Pensioner's condition is subjoined:
Height, 5'9"; weight, 130; complexion Dark; age 31 respiration normal; pulse normal
Gun shot wound right elbow. ball entered outer surface 1/2 inch auterior to outer condyle of humerus. passed forward and inward making exit from auterior surface internal to tendon of biceps about the middle of flexure of elbow. resulting in anchylosis of elbow joint, loss of supimation and pronation of forearm with atrophy of muscles of forearm and hand and arm. Should be exempt from (?)
