AG Report Enrolled August 29/63. Captured at Lebanon Va Dec 24/64 + discharged August 29/65.

Justice Graham + David Whinery Priv Co "B" 12 Ohio Cav Vol. testify that they were present at camp chase Ohio + that claimant's affidavit is correct + true. So with that he received an accidental GSW while in Parole Camp at Ohio in right elbow + c.

Hospt Reports admitted to Post Hospt at Camp Chase Ohio May 3 of 65 with GSW.

Doct Fawcett Reports April 27/66 GSW through the right elbow joint fracturing the bones, leaving it stiff + uselss, six or seven pieces of bone have come out of opening + pus is still discharging most of the time. hand + arm are perfectly powerless.

Admitted 12 May, 1868 to a Pension of $8.00 per month, commencing 29 August 1865.

Sir:

I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt from your Office of application for Pension No 108.738, and to return it herewith, with such information as is furnished by the files of this Office.It appears from the rolls on file in this Office that William Little was enrolled on the 29th day of August; 1863 at Salem Ohio in Co B 12" Regiment of the Ohio Cav. Volunteers, to serve three years, or during the war, and mustered into service as a Private on the 29th day of August 1863 at Salem Ohio in Co B 12th Regiment of Ohio Cav. Volunteers to serve three years, or during the war.

On the Muster out Roll of Co B of that Regiment, dated Nov. 14th 1865 he is reported Discharged by order of War Dept Dated May 20, 1865 at Camp Chase Ohio Aug 29-65. Rolls from Dec. 31-64 to Aug 31-65 report him - "Absent-prisoner" Individual Muster out Roll dated Aug. 29-65 reports him "Captured at Lebanon Va Dec. 24-64, reported at Cp. Chase Ohio as paroled prisoner Feb 20-65"

Muster out roll reports, "Justus Graham Pvt. at Parole Bks Cp. Chase Ohio since May 1-65" Roll for May & June-65 reports "David Whinery pvt. Absent prisoner" Both mustered out "June 10-65 at camp chase Ohio." No evidence of wounds on file.

It appears from the rolls on file in this Office that William Little was enrolled on the 29th day of August; 1863 at Salem Ohio in Co B 12" Regiment of the Ohio Cav. Volunteers, to serve 3 years, or during the war, and mustered into service as a Private on the 29th day of August 1863 at Salem Ohio in Co B 12th Regiment of Ohio Cav. Volunteers to serve 3 years, or during the war. On the Muster out Roll of Co B of that Regiment, dated Nov. 14th 1865 he is reported Discharged by order of W.D. Dated May 30, 1865 at Camp Chase O Aug 29/65. No evidence of disability on rolls. Unsaid MO roll Justus Graham is rept'd: Paroled Barracks Camp Chase O. since May 1865. David Whinery: Discharged under G.O. No 77 W.D. at Camp Chase O. on roll for July & Aug 1865: Mustered out June 23/65 at Columbus O under G.O. 77 W.D.

Sir:

Will you please examine the Medical Records in your Office and report for what disease or injury William Little late Pv Co B 12 Regiment Ohio Cavl was treated while in Camp Chase Barracks or Hospital being a paroled prisoner and wounded at Camp Chase.

He alleges that he was treated in duty hospt 1865 & discharged Augt 29, 1865.
