The State of Ohio
Columbiana County
Be it known that upon this twenty-ninth day of August A.D. 1866 personally appeared before me Jonathan Crew a Notary Public within and for said county & state above written - Justice Graham and David Whinery residents of said County, who being first duly sworn as according to law, declare upon their said oath that they were present at Camp Chase Ohio at the time William Little received a wound from the effects he makes application for Pension. That the foregoing Affidavit of said William Little is correct and true as they verily believe, and that they have no interest in the case (further than to see justice rendered to a worthy soldier) have read, and well understands the contents of the within Affidavit of Said William Little.
